Mtrack was commissioned in 2010 by an international development consortium to prepare the circuit plans for a motor sports complex in Singapore.

Located at Changi, adjacent Singapore’s international airport, the scope of services included preparation of circuit dossiers for a 3.7km road circuit to FIA Grade 2 and FIM Category 1, together with an international standard go kart track to CIK accredited standard.

Forming part of a mixed use commercial, hospitality and motor sports precinct development, the plans were submitted to authorities in late 2010 and construction commenced at that time.

In 2011 the project experienced terminal funding constraints and was subsequently abandoned, with land reverting to Singapore Government ownership.
